Cherie De Ville is spending the day with her stepdaughter, Emma Hix. Emma's thrilled to finally have some alone time with her stepmother. When she tries to talk to her she realizes that she's on the phone with a client again. She spent a lot of time organizing this day and doesn't want to share her with anyone. Emma is tired of her always being on the phone. This is their day and all she wants is her attention. When Emma makes a passive aggressive comment, Cherie asks her what's wrong. Emma tells her that she's tired of her working all the time and getting ignored. All she wants is her undivided attention, even if it's just for an hour. Cherie promises Emma that she's all hers for the rest of the day. When Cherie asks her what she wants to do, Emma puts her hand on Cherie's leg and starts caressing it. Not getting the hint, Emma moves in for a kiss. When Cherie asks her why she did that, Emma kisses her again. Cherie's tells her she feels uncomfortable. Emma kisses her again and tells her that she knows she wants this. Cherie hesitates, reminding Emma that she's married to her father. But Emma tells her that she shouldn't have to worry about that, it'll be their little secret.
